Here at Gita, all our jewelry bases are brass mostly, tin and pewter, which is how we ensure maximum durability combined with low pricing. Using electroforming techniques, we offer 17 plating colors for you to choose from. We use the flash plating method, which ensures that our bases are plated as precisely as possible and maintain the jewelry base in the best condition. In order to preserve the lifespan of our products, please avoid contact with liquids such as body lotion, water, and perfume.

Materials we use:
Gita is using only the finest materials to produce jewelry bases. The particular attention is given to the quality of the stone settings, cup chains parts and findings that are made of high-quality Brass materials, which are durable. The metal castings are usually made out of Zamak material - base metal of zinc and alloying elements of aluminum, magnesium, and copper.

In case of damaged items, please send our support an email with an attached picture of the damaged goods.
To be eligible, you must send us the damaged pieces. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

(which contains Sterling and will change its color) also the Matte plating finishes are more sensitive than the other.

Avoid storing your plated jewelry in a moist environment.
Always embed the crystals inside their settings using designated tools to prevent damaging the plating.
