Use 6mm jump rings to connect the center piece to the small parts of the gourmet chain.
Also open 6mm jump rings for connecting two parts of the clasp.
Connect the leather to the cup chain with two small 5mm jump rings and a 6mm jump ring to the hold the leather.

After the leather is completely connected to the cup chain, use the cutting tool to cut the leather to the exact length of the chain.
To close the necklace the end of the leather needs to be held by the metal ends for 3mm cord.
Just put the metal ends on the leather edge and use the pleir tool to press it until it closes.
Connect the leather and chain together and hang two parts of the clasp on each end of the necklace.
Step 3 : hanging the small pendents
Use three 5mm jump rings for each pendent and hang them on the cup chain.
Step 4 : setting the stones

Use E6000 to embed the 14pp stones, and the the embedding tool for the 39ss stones.
Step 5 : creating the bracelet
Cut two pieces from the red leather to the exact length of the cup chain, and put the metal ends on each end.
