Creating pendants and earrings with cup chain parts

Creating pendants and earrings with cup chain parts

Creating pendants and earrings with cup chain parts

Color combination:
Here is a wonderful summer color combination using very light shades of mint green together with a strong eye catching hot pink, that resembles the look of wild flowers.
You can see that when you use the light color for the larger element, which in this case is the cup chain with only a touch of strong color in the center, you can give this kind of design a nice dramatic look that stand out.

Cup chain for bracelet:
You can cut a small part of the cup chain, and connect it to a simple earring base on one side, and a dangling element that you like on the other side.
This way you can determine the exact length you want the earring to be, and connect the end loops on each side of the cup chain so you can connect the elements you choose.

Cup chain for necklace:
Here are some examples of the way you can create such pendants. You can choose any cup chain and center element that you like, and connect them to a long metal chain.
I used metal embedding elements inside stone settings, metal elements without loops and more, all can be used to make this kind of pendants, you just need to connect them in slightly different ways.

Have fun creating new jewelry!
